BENJIE FUN (the "Company") provides the information and products on the following terms and conditions, and you may also be referred to as a "User" in this Agreement, which shall constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of the Content provided (the "Agreement").

In particular, the clauses that exempt or limit the Company's liability (usually contain words such as "no responsibility" and "no obligation") and the clauses that exempt or limit the user's rights (usually contain words such as "may not"). Second, if the user does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not install or use this software or related services. Once the user clicks "Accept" and installs this software, or registers and uses this software or related services, it is deemed that the user has accepted all the terms in this Agreement.

I. [About this License]

1.1 The content of this license refers to the fact that our company allows users to use the software license and services provided by our company (hereinafter referred to as "this service");

1.2 Users need to download the software from the official website or authorized third-party channels and complete the registration account and password to use this service, and use it under the premise of following the rules of the short play, relevant notices, and player regulations;

1.3 For our company's short play software, our company grants users a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license, and users can only use these software and services for the purpose of accessing or using this service;

1.4 All other rights not expressly permitted by this article and other terms of this agreement are still reserved by our company, and our company's short play does not exercise them, which does not constitute a waiver of such rights.

II. [Intellectual Property Statement]

2.1 Our company enjoys all legal rights of our company's short play software (including but not limited to intellectual property rights) in accordance with the law. All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights of this software, as well as all information content related to this software, including but not limited to: textual expressions and their combinations, icons, decorations, charts, color combinations, interface designs, layout frameworks, relevant data, printed materials, or electronic documents, are protected by relevant Chinese intellectual property laws and regulations and relevant international treaties;

2.2 The Company's Short Drama does not grant users any intellectual property rights related to the Company's Short Drama Software because of this agreement or because of providing the Company's Short Drama Software and related services to users;

2.3 Users shall not engage in any of the following acts of infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company's Short Drama Software, such as self-development, use or any commercial operation, without legal authorization, otherwise the Company's Short Drama will reserve the right to pursue legal liability against users. Including but not limited to:

(1) Copying, reproducing, disseminating and displaying all or part of the contents of the software program, user manual and other graphic, text and audio-visual materials;

(2) Modifying, translating, annotating, arranging, compiling and interpreting the software, including modifying or covering the product name, company logo, copyright information and other contents on the software program, images, animations, packaging and manuals;

(3) Leasing, selling the software or using the software for profit;

(4) Other acts that violate the Copyright Law, the Computer Software Protection Regulations and relevant laws and regulations.

III. [Short Play Software Download]

3.1 Our short play only allows users to download our short play software on third-party platforms authorized by our company. Any losses caused by users downloading the client through other illegal means will be deemed as the user not obtaining this authorization. Our short play cannot guarantee that the short play can be used normally and will not be responsible for the losses caused to the user;

3.2 Our short play may develop different software versions for different terminal devices or operating systems, including but not limited to multiple application versions such as ios and android. Users should choose to download the appropriate version for installation according to actual conditions. After downloading the installation program, users need to follow the steps prompted by the program to install it correctly;

3.3 In order to provide better quality and safer services, users may be recommended to install other software during software installation. Users can choose to install or not install;

3.4 If the user no longer needs to use the software or needs to install a new version, you can uninstall it by yourself;

3.5 In order to ensure the security and functional consistency of the short drama service, our short drama has the right to update the software without special notice to users, or change or limit some of the functional effects of the software;

3.6 After the new version of the software is released, the old version of the software may not be available. Our short drama does not guarantee the continued availability of the old version of the software and the corresponding customer service. Please check and download the latest version at any time.

Fourth, [Short Drama Account and Payment]

4.1 If the user accepts this license, he/she needs to register in accordance with the requirements of the "Interim Provisions on the Management of Online Short Dramas" and the "Required Terms of the Online Short Drama Service Formatting Agreement" of the Ministry of Culture;

4.2 The user should properly keep the user's short drama account and password. The user shall bear the loss caused by the theft or loss of the short drama account and password due to the user's own reasons;

4.3 The user fully understands and agrees that in order to improve the security level of short drama services, our short drama has the right to apply relevant technologies or software to short dramas, but our short drama does not guarantee that these security measures can completely eliminate the risk of short drama accounts being stolen or lost by others;

4.4 The user fully understands and agrees that if our short drama restricts, freezes or terminates the user's short drama account in accordance with relevant business rules, the short drama data and related information under the short drama account will be deleted, resulting in the loss of relevant rights and interests, and the loss shall be borne by the user, and our short drama does not bear any responsibility for this;

4.5 Our company has the right to monitor the use of user accounts. In the event of violations of Article 2 and Article 6 of this Agreement, our company has the right to make independent judgments and take corresponding measures, including but not limited to reporting to the competent authorities, restricting the login of user accounts, restricting user activities in the short play, terminating the authorization of this software, deleting items related to copying (including copied virtual items and virtual items involved in copying), deleting the user's account and requiring the user to compensate for the losses caused to our company due to the above-mentioned behavior;

4.6 Users obtain the right to use our company's short play software in accordance with this agreement, and have the right to use the payment account to purchase short play props, short play equipment, short play coins, etc. on the premise of complying with this agreement and payment rules. The payment account and its password are controlled by the user. The user shall bear the losses suffered due to the leakage of the payment account name and password due to the user's own reasons;

4.7 The skit props, skit equipment, skit coins, etc. purchased by users using payment accounts may be subject to certain validity period restrictions. If users do not use them within the specified validity period, they will automatically become invalid once the validity period expires, except for force majeure or reasons attributable to our skits;

4.8 Our skits do not authorize users to obtain skit accounts, skit props, skit equipment, skit coins, etc. from any third party through purchase, acceptance of gifts or other means. Our skits are not responsible for third-party transactions and will not accept complaints arising from any disputes arising from third-party transactions.

V. [User Information Collection, Use and Protection]

5.1 The user agrees and authorizes the Company to collect the user's information for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement, including the user's registration information, the short drama data under the short drama account, and other information provided during the use of the short drama service;

5.2 The user fully understands and agrees that: in order to better provide short drama services, the Company has the right to submit user information to its affiliated companies, and has the right to organize, count, analyze and use the user's user information by itself or through a third party;

5.3 The Company guarantees to use user information within the legal scope;

5.4 The Company does not disclose or provide user information to any third party, except in one of the following circumstances:

(1) Obtain user permission before disclosing or providing relevant information;

(2) Disclosing or providing in accordance with the provisions of laws or policies;

(3) Only by disclosing or providing the user's personal information can the Company provide the short drama services required by the user;

(4) Disclosing or providing in accordance with the requirements of the state power organs;

(5) Disclosing or providing in accordance with other terms of this Agreement.

VI. [User Guidelines]

6.1 Abide by laws and regulations, do not promote or use any language, images, audio materials, etc. that endanger national security and social order;

6.2 Users should use this software and related services through legal means, and shall not infringe upon the interests of our company or third parties, disrupt the order of the short drama, violate the fairness of the short drama, violate this agreement or other rules published by our company's short drama or relevant national laws and regulations, and strive to maintain a fair and healthy online short drama environment;

6.3 Do not create, disseminate or use plug-ins, packaging, acceleration software and other cheating programs, or organize or instigate others to use such software programs, or sell such software programs to seek economic benefits for individuals or organizations, maliciously damage this software, disrupt the normal service order or carry out other improper behaviors;

6.4 You may not use any means or methods to attempt to attack the relevant servers, routers, switches and other equipment that provide short drama services in order to illegally obtain or modify unauthorized data, affect normal short drama services, and any other harmful purposes;

6.5 You may not use the technical defects or loopholes that may exist in this software or online short drama system to make profits for yourself and others in various forms (including but not limited to copying virtual items in short dramas, etc.) or engage in other improper behaviors;

6.6 You may not engage in other behaviors that endanger the order of the network and infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of our company's short dramas and its partners and affiliates.

VII. [Disclaimer]

7.1 Our short dramas are provided to users as the "current status" of our short drama software. Our short drama does not guarantee that: our short drama service is error-free and uninterrupted, all defects have been corrected, or our short drama service will not be damaged by viruses or any other factors;

7.2 Unless otherwise expressly provided by law, our short drama hereby expressly declares that it does not assume any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to the performance, applicability or non-infringement of our short drama service;

7.3 Our short drama software may cause abnormalities in the user's short drama characters, short drama props, short drama equipment and short drama coins and other account data due to short drama software bugs, version update defects, third-party virus attacks or any other factors. Before the cause of the data anomaly is found, our company has the right to temporarily freeze the account; if it is found that the data anomaly is an abnormal behavior, our company has the right to restore the account data to its original state before the anomaly occurred (including recovering the transferred data from a third party), and our company does not need to bear any responsibility to the user;

7.4 The user fully understands that the advertisements, links or other forms of promotional content placed by third parties in our company's software are provided by themselves, and the user should judge their authenticity by themselves. Our company does not make any express or implied guarantee for its promotional content;

7.5 The user fully understands that there is an objective situation of incompatibility between different operating systems, which is not caused by our company, which may result in the user's recharge and short data in one operating system not being smoothly transferred to another operating system. The risk of recharge loss and short play data loss caused by users switching between different systems shall be borne by the users themselves, and the Company shall not be required to bear any responsibility;

7.6 Users fully understand that there may be a forced battle area or gameplay in the Company's short play. If the user does not agree to the forced battle, please do not enter the short play or short play area. The user's entry will be deemed to agree to the gameplay and accept the corresponding consequences;

7.7 Since there are certain risks in the transaction between virtual items (including but not limited to the possibility that virtual items may be deleted due to data abnormalities such as copying; the current national laws on their value recognition are still blank, etc.), users should exercise due diligence and care in the transaction process. Unless the transaction is carried out in accordance with the written instructions of the Company's short play, the Company's short play will not support and guarantee any problems arising from the transaction.

VIII. [Change, interruption or termination of service]

8.1 If the user conducts improper behavior while accepting this service, our company has the right to terminate the service to the user. If the user publishes illegal information, seriously violates social morality, or other behaviors that violate the prohibitive provisions of the law, our company has the right to immediately terminate the service to the user. The specific circumstances of the improper behavior shall be clearly stipulated in Article 2 and Article 6 of this Agreement or belong to the prohibited behaviors that should be terminated as clearly notified in advance by our company;

8.2 If the network service needs to be suspended due to system maintenance or upgrade, our company will notify you in advance as much as possible;

8.3 If the user provides false registration identity information or violates this agreement, our company shall notify the user and inform the suspension period when taking suspension measures. The suspension period should be reasonable. After the expiration of the suspension period, our company should promptly resume the service to the user;

8.4 In addition to the circumstances described in the preceding paragraph, if our company terminates the operation of the network short drama or the operation rights of the network short drama are transferred, it will be announced 60 days in advance. The virtual currency of the network short drama that the user has not used and the short drama service that has not expired will be returned to the user in legal currency at the price when the user purchased it or in other ways accepted by the user.

IX. [Others]

9.1 According to the advice of the State Administration of Press and Publication on healthy short plays, our short plays remind users: resist bad short plays, reject pirated short plays; pay attention to self-protection and beware of being deceived; moderate short plays are good for the brain, and indulging in short plays is harmful to the body;

9.2 If users have opinions or suggestions on this agreement or our short play services, they can contact our short play customer service department, and our company will provide users with necessary help;

9.3 This agreement is established and effective after the user clicks "Agree".

- You use the Service at your own risk, and BENJIE FUN shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability
