I. Scope of the Agreement
This Refund Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") applies to users of [all short plays] (hereinafter referred to as "users") applying for refunds under specific circumstances.
II. Refund Conditions
1. After purchasing short drama related services, users can apply for a refund if they meet one of the following conditions:
(1) The purchased service has serious quality problems, such as the video cannot be played, the content is seriously missing, etc.
(2) The user is unable to use the purchased service normally due to a technical failure of the platform.
(3) There is an obvious error in the purchase process, and the refund application is submitted within a reasonable time.
III. Refund Process
1. After finding that the refund conditions are met, the user should contact the platform customer service as soon as possible to explain the reason for the refund.
2. The user needs to provide relevant purchase receipts and problem descriptions for the platform to review.
3. The platform will review the user's application within [7] working days after receiving it, and decide whether to approve the refund based on the review results.
4. If the refund application is approved, the platform will return the refund amount to the user's original payment account within [14] working days.
IV. Refund Restrictions
1. If the user requests a refund due to subjective reasons (such as not liking the content, etc.), the platform has the right to refuse.
2. After the user has used more than a certain proportion of the purchased services (such as having watched more than [30]% of the content), the platform will generally no longer accept refund applications.
3. The platform does not provide refunds for services obtained through illegal means.
V. Other Terms
1. The interpretation, execution and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of [Applicable Place of Law].
2. The platform has the right to modify and improve this Agreement based on actual circumstances and announce it on the platform. The user's continued use of the service is deemed to have accepted the modified agreement.
3. If a dispute arises between the user and the platform regarding refunds, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court with jurisdiction.
